About Us

Based out of Orange County California, we understand the high demand for excellent IT services. With thousands of operating businesses in this beautiful SoCal region we are constantly working with clients and small businesses to help maintain their basic I.T. needs.

Beyond servicing small and mid sized organizations, we also service residential homes including home offices. You don’t need a professional office set up to get professional services.

We understand

We speak computer language but we also speak real language. Communication is at the forefront of our business model. We understand that not everyone speaks computer lingo (seriously what’s a SATA cable) and that’s why we pride ourselves in integrating our people skills with our technical skills.

Serving the community. On our spare time we work with folks of all backgrounds to teach them the basics Navigating the Internet, Using Google Suite, Basic Windows/ Mac OS navigation, Internet Safety Basic to name a few. We do this by hosting free online seminars as well as working with community colleges to provide free classes.

With over ten years of technical experience we have worked with individuals of all categories to service all their technological needs. From helping our neighbors set up their first Zoom call to networking doctors offices , we treat all technical solutions with the same pedigree .

We understand that technology is constantly changing and that’s why through our many years of service we have monitored and studies the latest technology trends. This helps provide our customers peace of mind and confidence knowing that we are up-to-date with current technological trends.

We have education too

With degrees in computer technology and expertise in cyber security we know both the technical and theoretical spectrum of computer systems. This helps us ensure that our customers are always getting not just the best but also the most efficient, reliable, and secure I.T. solutions. All factors that are critical in maintaining and running a healthy computer environment. This ensures that our clients don’t get the bare minimum when it comes to serving their needs.

Why it matters

Just like technology is changing so is the world. The recent pandemic taught us now more than ever that technology , when implemented right, can help us to continue on with our daily lives. From working with college professors so that they may run their class to helping small business take their infrastructure to their homes, we understand the vital role technology plays in keeping the world running.

Where we started

Our journey began in college when two undergrad students met in a classroom at California State Dominguez Hills. During that time Carlos and Al exchanged their technical knowledge before extending that knowledge to their clients. Both have held professional I.T. support positions for over 8+ years with customer satisfaction at their core. Overtime they found that they both had a passion for technology and decided that they would combine their professional and educational expertise to help serve their community by providing affordable and reliable technology support. We know that when technology works together, so do we.

Where our journey ends

We share a passion for teaching technology to all. To make technology easily accessible to all and to arm the community with the tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively use technology. Not everyone was born a “digital native” but that doesn’t mean we can’t learn to become one. That’s why Al and Carlos hope to provide these opportunities to their communities by teaching adult computer classes. So that we can call be “digital natives” because they believe proper technology use is something everyone should have access to.
